I was instrumental in setting up Deloitte's Human Capital Practice, developing InterPublic's Creative Talent Pool and strategic events at the Center for Creative Leadership.
Before all that, I was into skateboarding, studied industrial design and design thinking.at Pratt, was on Frank Gehry's team at Knoll and designed museums in my native New York.
Later, I focused on facilitating the issues that top teams and strategic forums face. This led to my Dialogue Experiments and publications about Stimulating Conversation and transforming group culture.
I partner with the board of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) to host the Facilitation Impact Awards, and write pieces on engarement, dialogue and teamwork.
Based in Brussels, with 2 kids and 2 cats, my partner and I are into art and travel when we are not moderating sessions or making self-led leadership products.
